Q: Will interpreters be provided?
A: Yes. RVABDLA will provide ASL interpreters, Deaf interpreters, and Protactile interpreters to ensure full accessibility for all attendees.

A: Yes. This venue has ramps at the entrance and accessible restrooms.

A: We do have limited on-site parking available. There are plenty of street parking spots available that range from 1-10 minutes walk to the venue. You can park at either for free.

There are ride-shares available to use at your own risk. RVABDA does not handle or is responsible for the transportation with ride-shares like Uber, Lyft, or any Taxi. If possible, make an arrangement to carpool with other RVABDLA Attendees.

Q: I noticed the schedule doesn't mention any workshop topics. What are the workshop topics about?
A: At this time, we are currently accepting workshop proposals until the deadline of February 24, 2026. An update will be coming soon after the deadline.
Q: Will there be any recordings available after the conference?
A: No.
Q: Will there be breaks for meals and networking?
A: Yes. You can view the schedule breaks at https://www.rvabda.org/2026conf/schedules. Anytime you need a break for your personal needs, you are welcome to do so.
Q: What’s the policy on live streaming of the conference or workshops?
A: No live streaming is allowed. However, we permit short videos or photos for memories.
Q: Can my child attend the conference?
A: Yes, you can bring your child. We ask you to keep a close eye on your child for the duration of the conference and social settings outside of the conference.
Q: Does the conference have child care?
A: No. However, you are welcome to bring your child. Make sure you purchase the add-on $10 ticket for each child. Children ages 12 and under are FREE.
Q: How much does it cost for my child to attend?
A: For ages 13-17, purchase the add-on $10 ticket for each child. Children ages 12 and under are FREE.
Q: Will food and beverages be provided?
A: For lunch times, we will have a variety of food trucks available, ready to serve you. For Friday’s dinner: It is on your own or at the scheduled RVABDA social. You’ll be responsible for your purchase. For Saturday, dinner will be provided during the Sneaker Ball Gala.
Q: Will you have refreshments available?
A: Yes, refreshments are available for purchase during the conference or breaks. Anyone who purchased the early bird or regular admission registration before March 31, 2026, will get one complimentary refreshment ticket that is valid for Friday or Saturday.
